Best Camera For Real Estate Agents

Today I'm going to cover my recommendations on the best camera for real estate agents to accommodate any budget.

In 2020 it's no surprise that content, specifically video content, is not just recommended but required to compete for clients' attention.

If you've ever priced out the cost of having a video done for you or what you spend in listing photography, the thought has to have crossed your mind about picking up your camera.

I used to pay around $200 for photos of each of my listings and up to $700 for a video. Doing 30 listings per year or more that indeed begins to add up!

That is, until one day, I decided to invest in the gear needed to be able to create my own. I'll admit, in the beginning, I was skeptical and thought I might be making a mistake. I thought the extra time I'd spend shooting and editing the photos wouldn't be worth the effort. I also thought my clients would cringe that I would even consider taking their listing pictures.

However, a year later and around 25 listings in, I'm still shooting my photos and videos, and my clients couldn't be happier!
