First, there’s a property valuation tool, which is an additional $50 per month. This tool lets prospective sellers get an estimate for their home’s value. You also have the option to add a blog, dynamic mapping functionality, different calls-to-action to convert your leads, and options for A/B testing different landing pages.

One benefit to Real Geeks is that they have a great structure in place for SEO. Real Geeks websites even tend to rank higher than real estate websites using kvCORE or other lead generation systems. You can take advantage of their SEO to rank high in Google search engine results pages.

On the back-end, Real Geeks has a CRM system that is directly linked to the front-end IDX website.

The CRM has an extensive list of features, including a real-time activity tracker to see what the leads on your website are doing. There are also custom email drip campaigns, lead profiles, mass communication options, and built-in texting so you can text straight from your desktop.

There is also an option to sign up for text and email notifications whenever a new lead engages with your site so that you never miss an opportunity to reach out to them.

You can use the CRM’s automatic text responder to help you pre-qualify your buyer and seller leads. This tool can help you gather additional information about your lead and keep them engaged until you can reach out.

Real Geeks Mobile App

Real Geeks also offers a mobile app for customers and leads, as well as a separate app for agents.

The app for customers and leads allows them to take their home search on the go, so they don’t always have to be sitting at a desktop. In addition, it imports all their saved searches and favorite homes onto the app, so they can seamlessly pick up where they left off.

The mobile app for agents lets you check on your leads and look at your customers’ profiles throughout your day, no matter where you are.
