Not only do you learn from some of the top agents and team leaders in the country, but you’ll meet colleagues that’ll change your entire experience moving forward with eXp Realty.

If you still need to get with eXp Realty, these events are open to the public and an excellent way to experience the brokerage before you decide to move over.

eXp Realty Hosted Events

eXp Realty offers two events per year, EXPCON and The Shareholder Summit. Both are HUGE events with thousands of agents, brokers, and eXp staff from all over the World!

If you’re an ICON agent, these two events you’re encouraged to attend these to unlock the additional $4,000 in company stock. $2,000 for each one.

Every event that I’ve been to gets bigger and bigger each year. I attribute much of my success at eXp Realty to attending company events. The people I’ve met and the things I’ve learned have impacted my business beyond belief.

eXp Realty Shareholder Summit

The eXp Realty Shareholder Summit is a 3-day event that occurs yearly around springtime. This event is open to ALL – including eXp Realty agents and those considering moving to eXp Realty. To attend the event, you don’t need to be a real estate agent.

The eXp Realty Shareholder Summit’s primary focus is on current and future shareholders. Many sessions detail where the company is at financially and operationally. It’s also a time to hear what direction eXp Realty leadership expects the company to move forward. 

The Shareholder Summit is also a great way to get a feel for the eXp Realty culture and meet top agents and eXp Realty leadership.

Finally, many sessions help real estate agents grow their businesses. These sessions offer training focused on lead generation, scripting, business building, and more.

EXPCON

EXPCON is a 3-day event that takes place every year around fall. This event is open to ALL agents, regardless of their current brokerage.

Unlike the eXp Realty Shareholder Summit, EXPCON is much more focused on helping real estate agents grow their sales business. Shareholder Summit has sessions for training, but EXPCON is 100% focused on real estate agent sales training.  

Top agents and keynote speakers lead breakout sessions. There are also tons of significant after-hour events to network and get to know fellow agents at eXp Realty.

eXp Realty Agent Hosted Events

eXp Realty agents also host multiple significant events throughout the year in different locations. Typically, there is an event in Mexico at the start of each year called the Freedom Summit. Additionally, several other one and two-day events can be attended throughout the year in places like Las Vegas, Dallas, and North Carolina.
