You become a real estate professional because you have a love for real estate. What are the properties you love the most? What are the things that really interest you?
Did you accidentally take down some drywall during the renovation? Or did you go to the wrong location? Did you drive into a ditch or get stuck in the mud?
It’s always healthy to be able to laugh at yourself. And if you can get other people laughing with you, you’ve already won. People love to see mishaps/mistakes, especially if they weren’t serious. First, it shows that you did right by a client enough so that they really wanted to give you a gift.
